Done and Done.

As of about two minutes ago, my finals are over. WOOHOO! Now, it’s time to bust out the good bottle of red wine I’ve been saving since I brought it back from Sardinia this summer. Then at 3:45 am tomorrow morning, I depart for the airport and head home to Seattle for the holidays. Perhaps there will be some drunk posting, along with drunk packing and drunk cleaning, later this evening.

at 3:45 am tomorrow morning, I depart for the airport…

That should make for a fun clip on the local evening news tomorrow night.

  2. Congratulations on the end of phase one of law school boot camp. That’s a bitch of a schedule, taking it all the way up until the 22nd. Have a safe flight, and hopefully somebody gave you that wine bladder coat lining on your wish list, so that you can keep your buzz on as you go cross-country.

  3. blinkblink – you’re from Seattle too? Neat!

How is Sardinian wine overall? I was in Corsica last year and the local wine was described as “drinkable” and “rustic”, but not really… “good”.

  4. Sardinian wine is great. It’s hard to find it here, but it tends to be similar to Sicilian wines (and I have a small obsession with Sicilian nero d’avolas). If you have a good wine shop around you, Argiolas makes a few good wines, the Costera and the Perdera in particular. I’d highly recommend it!

  5. Headed to Seattle, eh?

Better back your good waterproof coat and shoes. The PacNW has been rainy as hell. And that’s coming from a native. We’re getting slammed after a very bizarre, dry cold snap.

    Congrats on ending finals.
