Happy Diwali! – Feministe

I’m two days early on this, but since I celebrated last night at Sumeet’s (yay, photos updated!), I figured I’d wish everyone a happy holiday before the week gets crazy. Light some candles, set off some fireworks, and eat well. I know I did.

And take a few minutes to send your prayers / non-religious good thoughts to people in Delhi today.

I have friends that look like completely different people in every picture I see of them.

You, Jill, are not that kind of person. In EVERY picture, you look exactly like what Jill looks like in pictures.

I know, weird huh? I don’t think I really look like that in real life either, which is strange…

Happy Diwali and Sal Mubarak (Happy new year). We celebrated yesterday too, but in Edison NJ, not NYU. Fun times!

Yeah, we headed out to Long Island. It was fantastic, and a nice break from the city.
