PEOTUS Watch December 2016

Given the flurry of thought-bubbles emerging from the PEOTUS Transition Team every day, and the constant drip of revelations about the PEOTUS (facts which some of us already knew but just happened to be markedly under-reported over the last year), here is a thread just for keeping track of the kakistocratic circus. Those of you who have decided to get more involved with your local politics, and local actions for national political groups, as a result of the last election, we’d love to hear from you too, to keep some balance.

  1. It looks like the comments may have been left closed on the open thread.

I don’t have much to say about the president-elect, right now, except that every day leading up to his inauguration seems to be more of a dumpster fire.. and I don’t particularly trust our PM not to be “Diplomatic” — in a Neville Chamberlain kinda way — when it comes to dealing with Dumpster.

    1. Oops on the comments on the Open thread. My phone app won’t let me fix that right now, have to wait until I’m back on my laptop, which will be a few hours.

  2. We’re going to see Roe v Wade overturned. Everything we fought for. And what do we have to fight it? Twitter activism? More twitter activism? I feel so much like giving up.

  3. On a lighter note, I just want to wish to all and their families a very Merry Xmas and a happy and prosperous new year!
