Never thought I’d say this, but…

Now that I’ve seen Snow Job, who totally looks like he’s about to lunge from his post at the podium and start chewing someone’s face off, I miss the kinder, gentler face of spin. Goodbye, Scott. Goodbye and good luck.

  1. Oh, I’m just waiting for the day either Helen Thomas or David Gregory roll around the floor with him.

  2. You should welcome it, though: Scott looked like a Nice Guy to his audience—trying to make the best of idiocy. This guy looks like a disaster in the making.

  3. Yeah, Scotty got the big money to play dumb every morning (or afternoon? I dunno when they do that shit), and he did so agression-free. Lots of indignation, but no hostility. I haven’t seen the new guy, but anybody’s going to look meaner than the Bush administrations best attempt at a living teddy bear as a press secretary. A big dumb indignant teddy bear.

Personally? I think he looks like the face the administration might put on the invasion of Syria. At least Scott McClellan knew his Socko-the-Clown place.

Twice a day. The morning session is for whatever happened overnight and to tell the press what the prez et al are doing that day, and the afternoon session is for trying to beat information out of the press secretary.
