Funniest Footnote Ever. March 7, 2006 Jill Motion denied because you’re an idiot. A judge quotes one of my favorite fine films, Billy Madison, in a footnote of a court order. Perfect.
Hilarious!!! I can think of a dozen opposing counsel to whom such a quote would pertain. If only one of Circuit judges would use that line!!
