You woke that poor cat to take that picture, didn’t you? You have to wake a cat to do anything. They sleep 20 hours a day. I tried to get a shot of Sugarplum and Junebug squashed together on the chair, but Junebug hates the camera and jumped off. Damn her. It was adorable.
That’s the sort of face my cat always has when he wakes up next to me. Of course, with him, part of it is his continuing vast puzzlement that I have not as of yet decided to adopt the Cat Lifestyle and just sleep all day. “What? You’re getting up already? But it’s only been nine hours! We’re just starting!”
