  1. Never mind that they are providing services beyond birth control like FREE HEALTH CARE. Let’s just use this as a political opportunity to accuse PP of trying to wipe out black folks.

  2. And it would be so wonderful when, nine months from now, these poor women start popping out babies that they can’t take care of, because they are still trying to get their lives in order. I guess Ms. Eden will step up to take care of all of them. (I’m trying REALLY HARD not to call her a profane name right now) Because she seems to be helping so much with the children being left in hospitals right now because the parents have to leave them because of desperate cicumstances.

  3. I like how the vast majority of the charities on the Instapundit page are religious charities. Because, you know, churches are always in touch with people’s real needs, as opposed to what the churches think are their needs.

  4. “There is nothing wrong with being pro-choice, as long as you make the right choices. Abortion is not one of them.”

*sound of far off cricket as writer of this comment is momentarily speechless*

  5. Ronda Storms of the Hillsborough County Commission cut funding for a Planned Parenthood program aimed at preventing teen gangs and drugs.

She had called for Planned Parenthood’s removal from the budget. Zdravecky asked her to reconsider. Surely, Zdravecky asked, the commissioner must support preventing teen pregnancy, even if she doesn’t support Planned Parenthood.

“There is nothing you can say or do for me to support you,” the commissioner said, according to Storms’ version of the conversation. “Thank you very much for your comments.”

    But Zdravecky pressed on.

“I am prolife and you’re not,” Storms remembers saying.

    *snip*

  6. Left a comment there about thousands of women walking through waist-high sewage for a week, and the likelihood of a buch of cases of bacterial vaginosis as a result, and the immorality of doing anything to deprive those women of affordable gynecological care.

I’m reluctant to see what sort of tripe was said in response. Talk about wading through bilge.

  7. Actually, I said something in response that got me banned from Dawn Eden’s site. For life. (She banned my IP address because I tried again under another alias.) I’m rather proud of myself.

  8. New commenters, please read the comment bible, Blogiviticus IV:36-42. Please stay on topic or you will be banned. If you repent from breaking the rules I’ll deban you.* Thank you. — Spawn

    * Actually in the comment thread in question.

  9. So PP is actually racist and genocidal, according to the right-wingnuts, eh?

Yet another right-wingnut who has her head so far up her posterior that she thinks the sky is brown…

Well, if PP is hated that intensely by the Far Right, I guess I’d better go give it some more money…go, PP!

  10. She doesn’t have a may-un and babies of her own, right? Therefore she’s angry as a wasp at anyone who doesn’t want to pop out litters.

  11. Oh, Chris, I’m late! Very very late! I posted what I said on Dawn Fussy-Pants’ site over at the Heretik, where I saw the link first, because I knew she would delete me. Basically, she got on her high horse and tut-tutted those who broke her comment rules, and I gave it to her. Here it is:

Yeah, that’s fine and all, and I kick those I see of as jerks off my blog, too. In fact, I’d be tempted to kick you off by blog, but I’d let other people make fun of you first.

I guess you haven’t heard of the women being raped at the convention center, have you? Nor are you able to imagine what anyone else is going through.

Go ahead and delete me, I don’t care. ‘Cept I haven’t cussed, and I’m on topic. But you’ll delete me anyway.

No cussing. No yelling. The worst I did was threaten to make fun of her. Thin skin, indeed.

  12. “Never mind that they are providing services beyond birth control like FREE HEALTH CARE.”

I’m finding it hard to understand what part of that is hard to understand. She’s a real piece of work.
