Hey, they’ve hardly had any time at all to consider this difficult question! How can pharmacists possibly handle the complexity of having the same drug be OTC and available by prescription? It’s not as if it’s been done before, with, say, ibuprofen. And how can they possibly handle selling something OTC to people over 18 and not to people under 18? It’s not as if it had been done with, say, cigarettes. And we definitely don’t want anyone under 18 to have access to birth control.
