Double The Fun

Fun for me, anyhow. Considering that Jill is a dog lover, we may have some dog lovin’ going on up in here soon.

Pablo and Doug began to get along within twenty-four hours. Thankfully. I don’t know how long I could stand to hear Pablo hissing, in part because Doug followed him around like P-Lo was his papa.

Their new favorite pasttime is hunting one another. This is only a problem when Doug begins climbing the furniture, curtains, and my leg.

Pablo is invested in kicking the crap out of Doug, but alas, Doug has the claws in the family. Next week, cat fightin’ pics.

  1. Sorry to go on about our cats looking alike and all, but I thought you might be remotely interested in this…

While looking through a book on cat breeds, we discovered that our kitty (who looks just like your kitty) is probably (given phenotype and behavior) a norwegian forest cat. So, now you can let Pablo’s head get all inflated over his (possible) purebred-ness.

  3. I’m living with 2 cats and a dog (and a baby on the way – I don’t know what we were thinking.) One cat & the dog have to be separated. The other cat & dog are best buddies. They chase each other around the house, while the dog pretends to bite & the cat pretends to scratch the dog’s nose. Then they lick each other. It’s pretty fun to watch as long as nothing is getting destroyed in the process.

  4. I want another cat. Hopefully we’ll head down to the vet sometime this summer and get as a kitten. Our 16-year-old cat will have conniptions, but such is life.

  5. My uncle and aunt have two cats and two dogs and one kid. That would drive me nuts.

Now I am wondering what kind of searches Feministe will come up on with “next week cat fighten”? HHmmmm
