  1. Eh, that image says “vote for your favorite female blogger”. I won’t raise the are-male-feminist-bloggers-eligible question, but we’re not actually voting for *female* bloggers at all, are we? Otherwise I could vote for any number of anti-feminist bloggers who happen to be female.

    Well, apparently the contest is for female bloggers, whoever they may be. I misread the press release and changed it to “feminist” in my post; that’s because I’m an idiot who apparently can’t read, not because I was deliberately misinterpreting the goals of Women’s Voices Women Vote.

    That said, I’m gonna leave it as “feminist” bloggers, because I think it makes sense to promote the feminist blogosphere in a contest for female bloggers who, presumably, write about women’s issues (I’m assuming this because Women’s Voices Women Vote is obviously an organization that focuses on women and women’s issues).

  5. Can’t nominate myself; apparently, the invitation to nominate is only extended to USAn nominators, who have a “valid” Zip Code.

    Will happily vote for my favourite USAn fembloggers instead, I guess.
