Good Lord, this is eerily accurate

Your Birthdate: September 23

You’re not good at any one thing, and that’s the problem.
You’re good at so much – you never know what to do.
Change is in your blood, and you don’t stick to much for long.
You are destined for a life of travel and fun.

Your strength: Your likeability

Your weakness: You never feel satisfied

Your power color: Bright yellow

Your power symbol: Asterisk

Your power month: May

Via Denise at Life, Law, Gender. Who just took her last law school class today! Congrats, Denise!

Now you’ll spend the next 10 years trying to explain to potential employers why you graduated in December. Ah, UM.

  1. I have “supreme genius” and if I ever figure out what to do with it, I will take over the world..bwahaha!

    ***Your Birthdate: February 1***

You are a natural born leader, even if those leadership talents haven’t been developed yet.
You have the power and self confidence to succeed in life, and your power grows daily.
Besides power, you also have a great deal of creativity that enables you to innovate instead of fail.
You are a visionary, seeing the big picture instead of all of the trivial little details.

    Your strength: Your supreme genius

    Your weakness: Your inappropriate sensitivity

    Your power color: Gold

    Your power symbol: Star

    Your power month: January

  2. Um, I got the same analysis as you and it doesn’t fit me at all.

I wonder if its b/c we’re both born on the 23 (though different months):

    Your Birthdate: December 23

  3. I did me, my husband, and my two sons. None of them were even close! LOL I laughed out loud at my husbands since it said he is flamboyant. Flamboyant, no way! He’s a plain white bread conformist all the way.

  4. March 19
You are resilient, and no doubt your resilience has already been tested.
You’ve had some difficult experiences in your life, but you are wise from them.
Having had to grow up quickly, you tend to discount the advice of others.
You tend to be a loner, having learned that the only person you can depend on is yourself.

Your strength: Well developed stability and confidence

    Your weakness: Suspicion of others

    Your power color: Eggplant

    Your power symbol: Spade

    Your power month: October

    Huh. Sounds like me.

  5. My birthday thing was way off—it said I was a people person who loves to help others, when in reality I’m a cynical misanthrope—but my monster profile was much closer:

What kind of monster are you?

    Merciless Beast

    You Feast On: Armadillos

You Lurk Around In: The Empire State Building

You Especially Like to Torment: Republicans

  6. Hey, Hawise – you have the same birthday as my husband! Unless you are my husband, in which case, aren’t you supposed to be out gaming?

Mine was quite pathetically wrong. Called me a big ball of energy, when I’m one of the lowest key people you’re ever likely to run into.

  7. You are more than a big ball of energy – you are a big ball of hyper.
You are always on the go, but you don’t have a type a personality.
Instead of channeling your energy into work, you instead go for fun and adventure.
Witty and verbal, you can have an interesting conversation with anyone.

Your strength: Your larger than life imagination

Your weakness: You tend to be pretty scattered

    Your power color: Lime

    Your power symbol: Lightening bolt

    Your power month: March

Halfway right. I am scattered and verbal (and I like to think witty), but I wouldn’t say I have a “larger than life imagination.” Or that I channel my energy into fun and adventure rather than work. In fact, according to my therapist, I do the exact opposite.

  8. Spiritual and thoughtful, you tend to take a step back from the world. [The problem is once you do that, there’s no place to stand.]
You’re very sensitive to what’s going on around you, yet you remain calm. [If by “calm” you mean emotionally dead and closed off from myself by a wall of facile cynicism and cheap sarcasm, then true that.]
Although you are brilliant, it may take you a while to find your niche. [I don’t have a smart-ass remark about this one.]
Your creativity is supreme, but it sometimes makes it hard for you to get things done. [I thought it was waking up at noon that made it hard for me to get things done (yeah, noon…).]

Your strength: Your inner peace [Are you sure it’s not depression, because it really feels more like depression.]

Your weakness: You get stuck in the clouds

    Your power color: Emerald

    Your power symbol: Leaf

    Your power month: November

That’s actually pretty accurate, although November certainly isn’t my power month.

  9. Birthday: April 9:

You are a born idealist, with more pet causes than you can count.
You prefer be around others, both when working and while relaxing.
Generous and giving, you believe you can change the world one person at a time.
You’re open minded and tolerant. People feel like they can tell you anything.

    Your strength: Your go-with-the-flow flexibility

Your weakness: Your flair for the over dramatic

    Your power color: Pine green

    Your power symbol: Circle

    Your power month: September

Not too far off-base. The most accurate point is that I prefer to be around others no matter what I’m doing (though I do appreciate “alone time” when necessary), which is one reason (of many) why I’m finding my graduate work so difficult. Historians typically aren’t collaborative.

  10. I am born February first, making my strength be MY SUPREME GENIUS, which is eerily accurate and hilarious because I have detractors who mock me as “The Genius” due to my using that word to describe myself, which is sort of a no-no.

So Mine was pretty accurate, but my husbands was super-wrong: it said he was all about money and business, and he’s a poet who can’t stand to hear the word money and would NEVER intentionally think about it.

  11. Thank you! Fortunately, I don’t have to explain to employers why I graduated in December (although I’m not sure why that would be a problem). One of the perks of being a “non-traditional student” and being married to a successful attorney — we can start our own law firm without having to worry about making a gazillion dollars. 🙂

Of course, even back in the day when I was younger, just graduating from college, I took the odd way and graduated in December (accounting degree from a small, no-name state college). I sent out 8 resumes to the the so-called “Big 8” accounting firms and — because it wasn’t their “hiring season” — I got back 7 rejections. Thank goodness for (then) Arthur Young & Co!

  12. ***Your Birthdate: April 7***
You are an island. You don’t need anyone else to make you happy.
And though you see yourself as a loner, people are drawn to you.
Deep and sensitive, you tend to impress others with your insights.
You also tend to be psychic – so listen to that inner voice!

    Your strength: Your self sufficiency
    Your weakness: You despise authority
    Your power color: Maroon
    Your power symbol: Hammer
    Your power month: July

It’s pretty close, though I don’t see myself as a loner and I don’t trust authority, but I only despise those who prove me right. Overall, I think it is kind-of flattering. I like this test.

  13. I got:
You are a cohesive force – able to bring many people together for a common cause.
You tend to excel in work situations, but you also facilitate a lot of social gatherings too.
Beyond being a good leader, you are good at inspiring others.
You also keep your powerful emotions in check – you know when to emote and when to repress.

Your strength: Emotional maturity beyond your years

Your weakness: Wearing yourself down with too many responsibilities

    Your power color: Crimson red

    Your power symbol: Snowflake

    Your power month: September

I imagine its possible to come up with a description of me that is more the opposite of what I actually am but I think thats unlikely.
