It’s Friday, and it’s been a rough week, and it’s been an even rougher two weeks, and more or less the entire world deserves better than it’s been getting, and here’s what the Harry Potter series would look like if Hermione were the main character.

“Do you know who that is? That’s Harry Potter. The Boy Who Lived.”

“It’s funny you should say that, because I’m Hermione Granger, The Girl Who Gave Literally Zero Fucks.”

  1. I like her being the main character and Hermione isn’t doing her thing mostly in her under wear, IE gamer gate type garbage.

    But seriously, it is rather lousy. Hermione in that take wildly swings from being decisive and determined to soft and meek without any apparent reason, and in general seems to be only competent person in a hostile world.

  3. If Hermione had been the main character, the entire series would’ve been about a quarter as long, because she would’ve realized things like “This is an incredibly stupid plan” and “I’m not doing that” and “No, the bad guy is still not Snape.“
