  1. This is frankly much less upsetting than his rather pointed statement on the merits of the Guantanamo detainees’ petitions. Is there an argument out there that it does not appear on its face that he has prejudged the issue and should recuse? Even if he could be impartial (nothing in Scalia’s demeanor leads me to believe that, but arguendo), hasn’t he so created the appearance of having decided that it would injure the Court for him to sit on the case?

  2. Fat Tony is a red-rimmed, pus-infested boil on American jurisprudence.

    “Don’t publish that.”

Note to Tony: As much you’d like to make this a facist state, you don’t have that sort of authority, you venal pig.

  3. I want to see him come completely ‘unhinged’. Its like the whole right is coming unglued everywhere. Of course the catholic church is well known for its pandering and blindness to celebrity worshippers’ behavior. It would be nice to see them have something to say about this, but I doubt it.
