Let me explain something, Jill. These nuclear-powered submarines, cruise missles, and A-10 attack jets are expensive. The U.S. has to find the money for them somewhere. What better place to acquire that money than from the pockets of people with disabled children? Congress won’t take a pay cut–that’s for sure.
