I’d just finished reading the rant about the pussification of men in the ‘Bits and Pieces’ post, so this was a much needed palate cleanser. (I realize there’s an obvious joke there, but I don’t think I should go there.) Regardless, after reading all of that ranting about how men aren’t men anymore since it can’t be ultraviolence all the time, baby, I needed to see guys doing something benign and adorable.
They ARE cute. But, they need more men of color included on the site! Love of cats – it’s not limited to white people!
There is one cute boy/cat pair labeled “wigglesworth j. feral & jake.” I think jake is a funny name for a cat.
GUH. I’ve been hardcore wanting a kitten for the last few weeks. Now I see the danger: I would just spend all of my time photographing it with my partner.
Totally following it now. But yeah, there need to be more cute men of colour on there! All my friends live in university residence and so don’t have pets, unfortunately, or I’d try to rectify the imbalance.
Thanks for this! Now my cat and cute boy are on there. He has a tendency to photograph himself with one of my two cats and pic messages them to me when I’m working and he’s at home. The caption usually says something like “Me and my other girlfriend.” I thought I’d put their love on display 🙂
Dorian, if your friends in university aren’t allowed pets and miss having them, is there a shelter nearby where they can volunteer? I know that some places have volunteer walkers and patters. It would be lovely to be a full-time cat-patter … (just ask my cat!)
