Well, Near Dark was really brilliant. Anyone who was paying attention should have known then that she had it in her.
All I have to say is “Finally”! It took them 80 years but they Finally got the blindfold off 🙂 ~ Jaded16
Not insignificant that she won it for a “blokey” film…anything less might take longer to be ‘acceptable’ in the mainstream.
