and head over to Pandagon. I granted them a new design.

My only wish for future design projects is that Blogads have customizable stylesheets that do not suck, because Blogads, if anything, is U-G-L-Y and ain’t got no alibi.

  1. You just one crazy site redesignin fool lately. Damn. Nuther fine job. Panda mooning the whitehouse much better than Panda drunk. I like that part best. Where’d you get such mad fine CSS skillz anyhoo?

  2. Tex, I was grounded for almost a summer as a teen and borrowed a “Learn HTML in 7 Days or Less” book from a friend. The CSS followed once I realized how crappy tables are in comparison.

    Still learning the php though.

  3. Beautiful job!! Once I get off of MSN Spaces, I know who to contact to design my site!

Do you work for booze? Compliments? Random stuff I find on the floor of my car?

I ask, cause I ain’t got no cash.

    🙂

  4. great work. like with LA’s site, i am really impressed.

if you’re doing a site-by-site redesign of the entire liberal blogisphere, let me know when my number comes up

  5. Pandagon looks great. But then all your stuff looks great.

On BlogAds, some day they’re going to wise up and convert to standard internet ad sizes. When that happens, you’ll have lots of re-design work.

  6. Hi Lauren — everybody loves the new design at Pandagon. Except me I guess. Here are some of the things I don’t like: Type is too big. Column is too wide. Question marks instead of desired punctuation. Only one typeface and size for headings, regardless of purpose or place in the hierarchy of headings overall. I know it sounds odd to say that the large font and the wide column make it hard for me to read, but that’s how I experience it. Things I do like include: The logo. Better arrangement for identifying the commenter. (Whoever originated the idea that the comment should be separated from the commenter’s name by a line, and that the next comment should not?) The typeface. But could you please take another look at it? I like your own format much better.
