If you’re in the New York area, you must come to this event. Monday, November 21st at 9pm, Voices for Choice at NYU will be hosting the Body as Billboard Fashion Show, featuring designs by feminist, pro-choice, progressive designer Periel Aschenbrand (most famous for her “The Only Bush I Trust Is My Own” shirts). Tickets are $7 for NYU students, $30 for non-NYU, and there will be some sort of appearance or performance by a famous mystery artist (more details to come later). All proceeds benefit Keep A Child Alive. Tickets are available at NYU’s Ticket Central, in the Kimmel Center on Washington Square South.
