I’m not in NYC, nor can I say that I’m the running type, but this sounds like a great event for those who are. It’s no big secret that midwives are undervalued, the that right to childbirth options is under attack, and that insurance companies usually make women’s access to midwifery a lot more difficult. And all of that is definitely a feminist issue.
